Worst Transportation company I've ever worked with. They have no regard to our schedule or when the patients have appointments. We have had them drop off patients 4 hours early. Our patients are mostly diabetic and its not safe for them to sit here that long without food or medicine. On the flip side they have left patients at our office until 7:00 at night (we close at 5) . So, I have to pay my employees overtime to stay until these patients are picked up. We close for lunch at 12. We have patients dropped off at 12 for 1:30 appts. This is unacceptable and not fair to patients or the clinics. No one at Integrity seems to care. They should look into changing their name since they have no Integrity.
They never ever ever pick up the phone when you call for your return rides. You have to wait for hours at a time! I sat for 3 hours after my appointment with my 2 babies. That's a long time when you've already been gone from home since 7:30 am, the appointment is at 8:30, and you're done by 10!!! When you do call the offfivw and they pick up they have the nerve to have an attitude. Looks like you need to find another job if your attitude is gonna suck. And then the drivers have the nerves to have an attitude. No I don't want ride for 2 hours after my pickup after I've waited 3 hours and you e passed my stop. No I'm ready to go home! And the vans! They need to be replaced. They break down, the air doesn't work and etc. Nobody wants to ride in the heat and nobody wants to have to wait on the side of the road for another driver or van to arrive. Furthermore they need to call when they are on the way. You said pickup an hour before the appointment not 1.5 hours before my appointment. And then you get made because I'm not dressed and you have to wait. Had you called I would've been dressed
