The location in Sentobia really helped me out greatly. I'll know where I'll be renting my cars from now on. The manager was awesome in getting me in a car. Rent from Sentobia.
Had my rentals date wrong for the second time this year
I reserved a vehicle at 8a.m. this morning only to never receive a call. So went up there to only be told no ride coming in. Called the reservation # cause I had a trip to make to only be told they were sorry and a higher up manager would contact me within 48 hour's. Well this trip was for my job so now that I'm not making it I'm sure I will be terminated so with that being said I don't recommend this company at all. Very rude uncaring people and also your worker needs to learn to wear shoes while approaching customers. Oh and if I had a credit card they would have brought me one from the airport what's the difference between a credit card and debit card in Senatobia I was going to use my debit card. Worst place I've ever dealt with.
Renter beware!!! Don't use the pre-paid rental reservation. It is Beta software and there is no or inadequate warning of cancellation fee! Fee can be more than your rental!!!!
Absolutely no issues with picking up the car or returning it. I drove it over 1000 miles and no complaints whatsoever about the car itself.
