This visit which actually occurred on Sept. 9 was probably the worst I've had from Zaxbys, and that's sad bcuz I'm usually pretty satisfied. First off there were like 15 teenagers standing the outside of the store which more annoying than anything but the worst of it is that the cashier RUBBED HER NOSE like 3 or 4 times before she FIXED THE DRINK. I wanted to throw up on her face. So disgusting! The meal was sub par. No butter on toast, wings looked blanched instead of fried, they weren't totally done and I had to pull over to the side and wait for this garbage. HONESTLY Senatobia needs to step up their level of service in all the restaurants. I won't return to this Zaxbys for a while bcuz of the disgusting nose rubbing and undercooked wings. VOMITROCIOUS! Thinking about it now makes me wanna go back and make myself vomit in her face. Worst visit to any zaxbys ever. Everyone was friendly but disgustingly unhygienic!
Friendly staff and an amazing aesthetic! And the food is decently priced as well.
I'm Sooooo Sick and tired of people Not doing their Jobs.. Again, I've had Another issue with ordering a salad. This time No eating utensils(fork,knife,etc.) given nor was my bread in the bag or salad...
Always put Hot food on salad even when you ask salad to be bagged separately.

If it's Not one thing it's another.. Either No salad dressing which they say "you forgot your salad dressing" hmmm considering I'm customer it's your job to provide in bag not mine to check.

So I'm at work with a salad that my husband got and brought home Right as I was walking out door... and didn't get to check myself til now at lunch and not able to eat salad.!!!
