WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS, MAKE SURE YOUR PURCHASE IS ACCURATE!!!! ( Senatobia, Ms) I went into this store on 2/17 and purchased a King bedroom set and mattress set. My husband picked up on 2/18. Upon getting home and assembling every thing we learned we were given a California mattress and a king box spring. I notified the store manager this morning and I was told I could return the mattress and exchange it for another one. I explained to her that upon coming into store that was the only mattress that met my criteria and asked for refund since the information I was given was not accurate and she could not provide me that mattress in a King or a set of California King box spring. I was told they don't do refunds. I told her that policy was annulled the moment u sold me a mattress under false information and can not provide me with the merchandise I was sold.
The customer service is rude beyond belief.I picked out the bed that I wanted and yet I had to argue for 5 minutes because the woman said otherwise.I was constantly yelled at because I didn't understand the gibberish that she was talking.I will never return to this establishment again.I also had to pay twice the worth of the bed.You would be better off financing a new bed rather than pay for a used scratched up,and mold infested bed.They are very racist as well.
