We went in to find flowers for my daughter's birthday party, and we we're very disappointed at how rude the customer service was. Flowers we're beautiful, but seemed to be overpriced.

These ladies are VERY rude!!! They do not like what they are doing then they need to find another job!!! They are VERY bitter they might consider consuming lots of sugar so maybe they can sweeten up a little or maybe buy themselves a toy!!!! :)
It is hard to see how this florist is still in business. The floral arragement I received looked nothing like the arrangement in the photo I selected. Different flowers, colors, and vase. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the arrangement I was verbally attacked by the owner. She was down-right nasty! Somehow it was my fault. She took absolutely no ownership in the poor outcome of the arrangement. Continuing to make rude comments, she reworked the arrangement and it came out decent. Looking back, I should not have accepted the arrangement and left. Due to the lack of florist in the area I stayed and endured the verbal abuse of this horrible owner. Customer service has definitely changed over the last 10 years, but the offensiveness of this owner is absolutely unacceptable! Unless you are looking for dated arrangements with rude service, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST!
