Never have I seen such stupidity and negligence. I paid for a washer and dryer, signed a contract and it was never delivered. Now I will have to file paper work with the Attorney General for Fraud and take them to Civil Court also. Here it is 2 days before Christmas and nothing. Horrible customer service, got lied to by the"management" and the driver. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH BEST WAY IN SENATOBIA!!!!
Washer and dryer arrived after Christmas despite placing the order on the 22nd of December and being told to expect the appliances between 1:00P.M.-3:00P.M. the next day.
Upon inspecting the installation of the washing machine, the technician failed to tighten any of the water lines sufficiently or even turn the water lines on in the first place. He did not have the necessary tools to actually complete his job, and even had to borrow a screwdriver to install the dryer cord.
I implore anyone that reads this review to avoid Bestway at all costs, and instead save your money to purchase your furniture outright. This place is worse for your wallet than a payday or title loan.
