Horrible customer service and quality of work. Took several weeks longer than initially stated. Shop claimed several times work was complete but after inspection it was obviously not ready. Anytime I spoke with Mr.Rose he took immediate offense and began defending himself in an arguable manner. The last time we spoke he said he was "done with truck" and hung up. -5* rating Not sure how they are still open.
Always Awesome service
I took my car in at 8:00 for a oil change and a recall. I come back at 1:00 and they tell me they did the oil change but not the recall that they getting ready to take care of it. I come again at 3:30 they still haven't did anything to my car only thing that they want do is make money so they made sure that they did the oil change first.
They wouldn't let me pay for the fuse...

Believe me, they have picked up a new customer. I would gladly drive 20 minutes or so to deal with knowledgeable honest people. Not too many dealers anymore that truly try to help the customer without a rip off charge.
Great customer service
The power supply to my cigarette lighter in my Chrysler 300 quit working. I tried to replace the fuse along with a Walmart Auto Tech to no avail. I then took it to local chrysler dealer and their tech said it was more than a fuse and would have to look into it. No estimate or further assistance was offered. I was out of town yesterday and visited a chrysler dealer and told him my problem he said up front that he had an $85 diagnostic charge to determine the problem. I passed. Then today I took it to Ross Chrysler about 25 miles south of my home in Southaven. They told me to wait in the lounge area and about 10 minutes later they said the car was ready and there was NO CHARGE as they only replaced a fuse.
