Didn't get 2 of the items I ordered in the drive through. Also could not understand the person receiving orders at the drive through.
Have not eaten there in a long time . So it didn't taste as good as I remember.
This place is known for getting your order wrong 97% of the time! But our last experience we went in to eat so we could fix our orders quicker- was big mistake! There was no other customers ahead of us & 1 sitting using the internet & it took them 30 min before we all had our correct food & it still tasted old. To top all off the manager was talking about buying drugs.
I just left there and ordered a sausage mcmuffin well done meal. They gave me a regular sandwich with no attention to detail and the hash brown tasted like it was baked. The Best thing was the Apple juice box.
We have waited in the service window (drive-thru) for about 15 mins. This does not include time waiting after ordering and payment. The order was basic, simple. Our order was missing a sandwich. Drive back around, the remade sandwich was incorrectly made! I had to walk inside for redress; the manager was agreeable, generous and apologetic.
